1 Week To A Strong Neck
This week, commit to a few extra minutes daily of working the thoracic spine.
A while back, we talked about daily maintenance. Specifically, the individual exercises we do daily that enable us to live the life we want.
The prescription is simple: half your age in commitment each day. So if you’re 30 years old, you spend 15 minutes each day addressing your issues.
That could be rolling tight quads, loosening knotted hips, and improving busted toes.
And that’s awesome. But we shouldn’t stop there. Especially today, since most athletes sit a lot, scroll too much, and live with almost perpetually strained neck tissue.
So this week, commit to a few extra minutes daily of working the thoracic spine.
