It’s 2008, and I’m on the circuit.

Each nutrition seminar I perform is a treat, a learning experience for both the crowd and me. And while the scenery changes rapidly, the people remain the same.

Even the pricks.

At least one human at every seminar gets all bent out of shape.

“You don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“You’re going to kill people with that advice.”

“You’re just some guy who lives at the gym; it comes easy for you.”

The crazy thing was, I was only describing what I did to feel and look good.

1 Eat only the foods that heal, never that hurt

2 Ensure you nail rule #1 by getting bloodwork every three to six months

3 Stick to foods that don’t cause ME inflammation and hurt MY stomach
