That’s just one stellar quote from a classic Simpsons episode, ‘You Only Move Twice.’
The title gives away the basic plot. First, you move away from home, and then you move back home. In other words, no matter all your adventuring, visiting, and pillaging, you only move twice.
That’s how fitness works. For most of us, anyway.
You move. Then you move some more, all around, this way and that, until one day you look in the mirror and wonder at the stranger staring back. The really fit one that makes you proud.
