Why Don’t I Do What I Want To Do; 2x EXT Complex For Shoulders; And A Quote To Ponder

Nearly fifty percent of humans under a physician’s care won’t do what their doctor orders.

On top of that, about 70% of people — based on the most recent surveys — don’t exercise enough.

Interestingly, if you asked most patients who failed to follow instructions, they’d tell you they know it would be better for them if they did.

Same goes for those struggling to train. They believe they should and acknowledge the benefits.

So what’s the problem? Why do most of us know what to do but don’t do it?
