Simple Relief For Stubborn Back Pain
There’s no guarantee, but doing something is better than doing nothing.
There’s a good chance you have a bulging disc if you’re over forty.
How good? Let’s say the literature isn’t exactly precise, but good. Maybe 50-percent. Maybe more.
Interestingly, there’s a good chance you wouldn’t even know.
How good? Again, we’re all tired of false studies and misleading statistics, so we’ll repeat it — maybe 50 percent. Maybe more.
The good news is surgery isn’t necessary. But tell that to someone with chronic low back pain or acute back pain at this very moment, and I bet they could care less.
Because when we’re in pain, we can’t imagine what pain-free feels like. When we hurt, we just want to stop hurting. Screw the data. Screw the diagnosis. Give me relief.
So what, then? If there’s “nothing wrong,” and we still hurt, then “what’s right?”
