Her hip is full of metal. That’s how we met.

In fact, that’s how I meet many athletes: struggling, in pain, and looking for relief. Searching for answers to questions they haven’t yet thought to ask?

Why me?

Why this?

Will it ever end?

She made progress. Lots, in fact. Now, she can deadlift, jump, squat, clean, and snatch. Even her hip, despite a host of screws holding it together, feels better.

But not perfect.
