Meal ONE — 11:30 am

1 Can Tuna
4 Eggs
4oz Chicken
10oz Cauliflower
12oz Lettuce
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Mayo

Meal TWO — 7:30 pm

1 Can Tuna
4 Eggs
4oz Chicken
10oz Cauliflower
12oz Lettuce
8oz Beef
8oz Turkey Sausage
2 Tbsp Primal Kitchen Mayo

I make little adjustments here and there. For instance, I might remove the sausage one night and eat THREE ounces of Brussel Sprouts. Or eat only the egg whites on occasion.
