Calories Aren’t The Whole Story

Instead of trying to include everything, eliminate the foods that send you over the edge.

The idea that you can eat whatever you want and still have abs, run a mile faster than your friends, and party like a rockstar is tempting.

So much so that so-called experts make their living preaching this specific brand of entitlement.

“You should be able to eat all the foods you love,” they claim. “And still look like you want, perform like you want, and feel great?”

And maybe it’s true.

Perhaps you can eat all the things and still get results. But how has that been working for you so far?

It would be nice if the solution was as simple as burning more calories than you eat. And while that is the goal, calories aren’t the whole story.

Calories are critical, of course, but so is quality. And the simplest way to get where you want to go, is to eliminate the things that derail you.
