There are worse things than busting out your teeth. Never risking your teeth to begin with being chief among them.
It doesn’t seem like the truth. Not during anyway. Not at the point of impact and not after.
Then you get back out there, bruised and afraid. And try again.
That’s when courage happens. Not before. After.
Because a chipped tooth, a tweaked shoulder, or a pulled hamstring is nothing compared to covering yourself in bubble wrap and waiting.
Born to move. It’s quite the gift.
But you have to keep at it. Even when it’s hot. Even when you’re busy. Even if you’re scared.
