Mark started training after he retired. He’s strong, having worked with his hands his entire life. Strong but stiff.

Anna started training after graduating from University. She’s strong, builds muscle quickly, and loves to compete. And stiff as Mark.

It’s been three years since Mark began, and he still works at supple shoulders. But he’s improved. A lot, actually.
And while he’s not even close to finished, he’s stronger than he’s ever been, and finally able to lift things overhead. Something he thought would never happen.
Anna has also made giant leaps in her range of motion. The same as Mark, in fact, and in much less time.
