3 Weeks To A Strong Neck

After battle, Leonidas turns to Dilios and says, “I trust that scratch hasn’t made you useless?”

And in true Spartan measure, Dilios replies, “hardly, my lord. It’s just an eye. The gods saw fit to grace me with a spare.”

Great line. Perfect Spartan quip.

True to history or just movie magic?

Who cares? It’s awesome. And sure enough. We do have an “eye to spare,” so to speak. But only one neck.

Only one of a lot of things, for that matter. Essential items that need attention.

For the last three weeks, we’ve been strengthening the neck with simple, at-home, and in-the-office exercises you can do with little to no equipment. And while this is our final week, for now, it doesn’t mean we need to stop.
